Last night was the first night in a few week that I only had one drink. I'd say it's more out of a lack of things to do in the evening, because if I'm not in Orlando (or if Simon isn't here) my evenings consist of watching TV or movies, but usually House or Family Guy. Jeff invited me to Sangria's last night, but I just didn't feel like doing anything.
A normal day consists of me waking up, drinking 2-3 large cups of coffee, walking the dog, going to the beach, reading, walking the dog, looking at jobs, watching TV, showering, having dinner, walking the dog, watching more TV, then going to bed. Not always in that order, but usually. I was running quite a bit when I first got down here, but then I got a bad sinus infection and haven't started back up again. I'd wanted to go running Friday, but my shoes are in my trunk, which is still at the shop. I'm certainly not complaining - my life is relatively simple right now and I'm enjoying it for as long as it lasts.
I don't miss much from VB -- except maybe Sunday brunch. I certainly don't miss the weather. Being able to spend a large amount of time outdoors this time of year is definitely a bonus.
I'm waiting to see if Jen is coming down Tuesday. If she does, she'll be here until Sunday. I haven't seen her since March of last year, I think, and I miss her. BlackBerry Messenger does wonders for me, as Jen and I "talk" more now than ever.
And blah blah blah.
